Pitiful. That is the one word I would use to describe it. Totally inept at the cash register, got some of the wrong items when we told them three times what we wanted. They are in with Taco Bell and to substitute meat, a more expensive item, with rice, a cheaper item, they charge more. That is enough of that place!

The bathroom was nasty.and it took 25 minutes to get are good.😭

Not bad, my order was correct and delivered in a timely fashion. The food was as expected and pretty good. If the sour cream specifically was distributed evenly rather than globbed at one end it would have made a world of difference. I ordered a steak quesarito.

Service was terrible, had 3 others get there food while I waited for mine, then the server commented my order was bare. And my order was wilted, I tossed most of the chips in trash

Always check to make sure your order is correct. 8/10 mine has been wrong. Other than that it good tasting food for fast food. Lol

Good but small servings

The Alpena KFC has the Best chicken. I live closer to the Oscoda store but I continue to drive to Alpena which is 45 minutes away. There is something GREAT about the way they cook there chicken. I Never eat the crispy skin but there I do. I have been traveling with my husband all over the US and still Alpena, MI has been the BEST so far! Thank you to the staff that cooks it.

This KFC had both their items and Taco Bell items. I tried one item from each and talk about yummy..... Thank you so much for such a great meal!

We make the drive to Oscoda for excellent rTaco Bell and KFC. I just ate one of the best Cheesy Gordita Crunches I've ever had. Good work!

Correction, This KFC is also a Taco Bell. The food and service was good. My family and I had Taco Bell food there.
